The Journey
NewGround helped DATCU’s team weigh their options for a new headquarters, which included:
Renovating their original downtown Denton, TX location
Building anew.
As a result of gathering data, gaining an understanding of the brand’s core values, and conducting a cost-benefit analysis, we made the decision to build a brand new headquarters for DATCU.
Acquiring the site for DATCU’s new headquarters proved a challenge that NewGround faced shoulder-to-shoulder with DATCU. Therefore, we advocated on their behalf at city council meetings to secure their new location in Corinth.
The Destination
We designed and built the new headquarters to encourage collaboration, maximizing open space and natural light. In conclusion, DATCU’s headquarters stands out as an institution in its new community.
